The bakery is a legacy business that was founded by Haroutioun Geragosian in 1948 in Aleppo, Syria. The business was then continued by his son, Joseph Geragosian, when the family moved to Pasadena in 1986.
One of the bakery’s specialties is lahmajoune, a supple flatbread that is topped with a delicious blend of ground beef, tomato, onion, garlic, and parsley. The flatbread is baked to perfection, with a crispy yet soft texture that makes it simply irresistible.
